A Healthy Diet And Apples Means No More Fat
An apple a day keeps the Doctor away. How many times have we heard that before in our lifetime? Well the amazing thing is exactly how true that this statement truly is. Did you know that if you ate an apple at the end of every meal you wouldn't have to brush your teeth to keep them healthy? I still don't recommend going days without brushing your teeth, because you might break a really good habit that you've created, however, the fibers in each apple cleans your teeth for you.
Along with apples cleaning your teeth, they also do well at giving plenty of vitamin b to you. You receive a lot of energy from a single apple. You don't notice immediately because it is a long term energy. This is one of the trickest parts to having a healthy diet. Everyone expects instant results from everything they eat. From all the energy drinks, and coffee we have these days, it is easy to expect instant results from the food we eat. However, as long as you have a healthy diet, you can have just as much energy at a constant rate. The difference is all the enrgy you are receiving is long term energy, so you don't notice a big difference like you would notice from an energy drink.
The best way to describe this type of change to your body, would be like entering a dark room and turning on the light. Instantly we see a change. This is what happens when we drink energy drinks, coffee, and eat a lot of sugar. Unfortunately just as quickly as this light turned on, it turns off just as fast. Everyone knows about these crashes that come after the burst of energy for a few hours. Most people in this moment just drink another energy drink to go another couple of hours. The problem is that this creates a constant change in the body and thrashes the immune system along with your liver, kidney and other important factors that keep you healthy.
Now let's look at the healthy solution to energy drinks, coffee, and sugar. If you eat the food you need to that are complex carbs, high protein and high in vitamins, then energy just flows steadily into you. Imagine a sunrise, the light comes in gradually, but the light stays all day. Lasting hours upon hours, and the light slowly disappears as well. This light goes away at just the right time to be ready to sleep. This is exactly how your energy is if you eat good foods. You have it at a more gradual pace, but you'll have more energy and have it for a longer period of time than you ever would using energy drinks or coffee.
This is exactly what your goal is as well when it comes to having the right weight, eating the right food, getting the right amount of sleep. All of these things help you be able to have the best day possible. I really didn't realize how much energy I was lacking from being overweight until I went on the HCG Diet. After losing weight, everything seemed to work out a lot better. I was losing 1-2 pounds a day... I could hardly believe it. This is exactly what you need to aim for if you are overweight and don't have any energy to use.
What truly inspired me to research on the amount of energy one receives through a healthy diet, compared to energy drinks was an article I read on CNN Health that talked about our nutritional levels and why kids are losing so many these days from soda's and energy drinks.
